Here is the step-by-step guide to launch Shardeum validator node through Zeeve’s one click node setup.
Step 1: Log in to the Zeeve Platform at https://www.zeeve.io and click the Sign Up button in the top-right corner. If you’re new to Zeeve, choose your preferred sign-up method to create an account.
Step 2: On the next screen – the Zeeve dashboard – click “Deploy Validator Node” as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 3: On the next page, you’ll see a list of blockchain protocols supported by Zeeve for validator nodes. Select Shardeum, and as an individual user, you may choose the $49/month “Advance” plan.
Step 4: Once you’ve chosen a plan, you’ll land on the configuration page. Here’s what you’ll need to do:
When done, click Create Now to initiate your validator deployment.
Step 4: Zeeve will take approximately 30 minutes to provision your node. During this time, your node status will display as “Provisioning”, as shown in the screenshot below.
Once the node is live, the status will update to “Ready” (green), indicating it’s fully operational.
Step 5: On the far right of your node entry, click “Manage”, then select the “Validator UI” blue button located in the top-right corner.
You’ll be asked to enter the password you set earlier. This will give you access to your Shardeum Validator Dashboard.
Once you’re inside the dashboard:
Your dashboard will now show:
The dashboard gives you full visibility into both your node and the overall network. Key metrics include:
Zeeve provides 24/7 automated monitoring for all validator nodes. Your Shardeum validator is continuously tracked for performance, uptime, and resource usage. This means you’re always in the loop – and your node stays in the validator set with minimal downtime risk. Moreover, Zeeve offers round-the-clock assistance (https://help.zeeve.io) to help users with any node-related questions or issues.
- If your node status is on Standby and you have the minimum SHM staked, your validator node is setup correctly.
- While the provider handles most of the heavy lifting, it’s still your responsibility to keep your subscription active, monitor your node, and ensure it remains eligible for validator rewards.
- The network will automatically add your validator to be active in the network. The time to be added as an active validator will vary based on network load and validators in the network
