Shardeum (SHM) Airdrop Registration Tutorial

This blog provides step-by-step instructions on checking your eligibility for the SHM airdrop in Phases 1 and 2, along with the registration process for eligible participants.

Steps to Register for Shardeum SHM Airdrop

Step 1: Visit https://shardeum.org/airdrop-registration and you will land on the registration page as shown here.

Step 2: Click on Airdrop Registration button as shown here

Step 3: You will land on https://airdrop.shardeum.org/. Once there, click “Login” button

Step 4: Connect your wallet using one of the available EVM-compatible options displayed on the next screen. MetaMask is one of the supported wallets. You can ignore the email login option shown.

Step 5: Select your preferred EVM-compatible wallet to log in.

Step 6: For this blog, we will be using MetaMask as an example.

Step 7: After connecting your wallet, if an event appears on this page, it means you are eligible for the airdrop. If no events are listed and the page is blank, you are not eligible. This is the first step in the eligibility check, as geo-restricted users will see their status in the following screen.

Step 8: Eligible users can click on the event displayed here to proceed. You can disregard the ‘My Profile’ section on the left pane of the screen.

Step 9: If you are in an eligible region, the next page will validate the geo-restriction condition successfully, as shown below.

Step 10: If you are in an eligible country, you can proceed by clicking “Agree to Document Terms.”

Step 11: On the next screen, review the two documents and check the boxes to confirm. If you agree, click the “Agree to Terms” button to proceed.

Step 12: After completing the above steps, both conditions on the registration page will be successfully validated, as shown here. This final step confirms your registration.

Step 13: You can click the “Claim” button below to view your allocated SHM tokens. This is for informational purposes only.

Step 14: This screen displays the amount of SHM you have qualified for. Your tokens will be distributed according to your registration date. There is no need to click the “Claim” button on the screen.

Note: Here is the Registration Deadlines and Distribution Schedule

• March 14, 2025, 10:00 AM UTC – March 21, 2025, 11:59 PM UTC: Users who register during this period will receive their SHM tokens during Shardeum’s TGE
• March 22, 2025, 12:00 AM UTC – April 13, 2025, 11:59 PM UTC: Users who register during this period will receive their airdrop by June 13, 2025. The exact process for receiving the airdrop will be shared closer to June 2025
