EVM Testnet Quest: SHM Airdrop Verification Portal is Live

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Shardeum EVM Testnet Quest held between October 23 – 28, 2025. In just five days, the quest saw 11,600+ participants and generated 105,000+ transactions – meaningfully engaging the community and helping us validate core EVM functionality at scale.

As announced earlier, 1300 participants have been shortlisted to receive up to 60 million SHM – based on quest criteria, network activity, and subsequent compliance and anti-sybil screening.

If your wallet is eligible, follow the prompts on the page to complete the required anti-sybil verification through Biomapper. The gas fee for this step is approximately ~$0.50 and will be reimbursed upon reward distribution for eligible wallets. At current prices, this corresponds to roughly 2100 SHM (based on the SHM price of $0.00025 on December 2, 5:00 UTC). You are also encouraged to review Biomapper’s documentation to understand how it protects your privacy and security.

Rewards will be distributed only after you complete this verification process on the portal and Shardeum’s subsequent backend checks. The verification window runs from December 2 – 14, 2025, and airdrop rewards will begin rolling out to fully qualified wallets starting December 17, 2025.
