Jereme/Will: What are you helping to build at Shardeum?
Jintu: At Shardeum, I contribute to almost every possible aspect of the network, whether debug tools, or ancillary services, focusing on enhancing the consensus and protocol layers. My work includes debugging network hiccups, implementing new features, improving network scalability and security, and ensuring Shardeum remains efficient and developer-friendly. My goal is to help deliver a robust blockchain ecosystem that can handle the demands of a decentralized future.
Jereme/Will: What sets Shardeum apart?
Jintu: Shardeum’s revolutionary approach to blockchain scalability and decentralization makes it unique. By leveraging dynamic state sharding, Shardeum ensures linear scalability without sacrificing decentralization. Its focus on accessibility for developers, alongside a commitment to being open-source, creates a platform that fosters innovation and inclusivity.
Jereme/Will: How can our community members uplift Shardeum?
Jintu: The community can uplift Shardeum by actively participating in its ecosystem—be it running validator nodes, developing dApps (once smart contracts are enabled), or simply spreading the word about Shardeum’s vision. Joining discussions on social platforms, contributing to open-source projects, and providing feedback will further strengthen the network and its community.
Jereme/Will: What was your journey into Web3?
Jintu: My journey into Web3 began with my passion for decentralized technologies and problem-solving at hackathons. Over time, I transitioned from traditional software roles to blockchain development, captivated by the potential of decentralization to reshape financial industries. Exploring and learning about different blockchain technologies solidified my belief in Web3’s transformative power, inspiring me to contribute to projects like Shardeum.
