Shardeum Foundation Secures MiCA Whitepaper Acknowledgement

We’re excited to announce that Shardeum’s technical and tokenomics whitepaper has been officially acknowledged under the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation.

This recognition, granted by a National Competent Authority (NCA) and listed in the European Securities and Markets Authority’s (ESMA) public register, establishes a clear, compliant framework for the SHM token across all 27 EU Member States.

This milestone places Shardeum among a select group of blockchain networks to achieve MiCA acknowledgement.
