Shardeum Updates: Week 23

Here’s a recap of what we happened previous week at Shardeum:

Tech

Last week, we completed our work on performance optimizations and testing for Liberty 1.1 post which we released it. We are also working on planning and testing for the next set of improvements.

Business

We just received the FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) ruling and the position of $SHM as a utility token has been confirmed! Also, the Shardeum Foundation conducted its first Foundation Council members’ meeting with all the members in attendance; they discussed all the ongoing project activities. Meanwhile, we continue to onboard investors from the Shardeum Seed Round.

Marketing & Comms

We’re in the final stages of launching our merch store for India. We’re also working on two YouTube Live sessions, and auditing our communities to create a community action plan. We’re also in the middle of conceptualizing the Liberty hackathon event. We’re also working on evaluating SEO agencies, vendors for Education Program, hackathon and other events. We’ve paused Google Ads for now until the Liberty page content is updated.
